Duties:
The incumbent is responsible for processing machine-readable Non-immigrant visa (NIV) applications ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality control of NIV applications. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service, the utmost standards of ethics and integrity, and internal best practices for ensuring the complete accuracy of all information on visa applications, printed visas, and boarding foils. When needed, the incumbent provides back-up support to other units in the Consular Section.
Qualifications and Evaluations:
EXPERIENCE
Two years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative, governmental, or para-professional field is required.
Education Requirements
Completion of two years of college level studies is required.

LANGUAGE
Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required. Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Nepali is required.

Good interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work under pressure is required. The ability to use Windows based computer applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
