Job Description:

• Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company
• Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory items in the Company’s Warehouse facilities as per the product’s requirement and Company guidelines
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as instructed by Company Management
• Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensuring re-ordering is done in a timely manner
• Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines
• Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary
• Communicating with the Company Management any issues that come up in the
• Warehousing function and provide solutions to resolve the issues
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements as per
• product requirement
• Ensure the work environment is safe, clean, and secure at all times
• Oversee the planned maintenance of the Company’s vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of
• business.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing the warehouse of a reputed company
• Bachelor's completed in Management
• Past experience letter from previous company/job
• Experience in handling Air Conditioner/VRV-VRF and electronic home appliances products and parts, familiarity with its operations will be given preference
• Preference will be given to candidates with good computing and systems knowledge
• Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license.
