Job Description:
- Oversee and manage warranty claims and processes efficiently.
- Review and validate warranty documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with service teams, vendors, and customers for timely resolution of warranty claims.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, approvals, and rejections.
- Analyze warranty trends and provide feedback for product/service improvement.
- Train and support team members in warranty-related procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
