Duty Station: Based at the Branch Office Siraha, SABAL Nepal and visits the project area frequently.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate in Management and bachelor’s degree will be preferable in Management or equivalent having 2 years of diversified experiences in administrative and supply chain management and financial management along with advanced computer skills in accounting package
  • Fluent in speaking & report writing in English, Nepali, and local languages is preferable.
  • Experience in Accounting software i.e. True Accounting Software. Knowledge of FAMAS accounting package will be an advantage.
  • Assist and maintain leave, and timesheet records of staff and update personnel files.
  • Ensure all utility facilities, office equipment, and machinery are in optimal working condition.
  • Record and update inventory and assets, ensuring compliance with store management procedures.
  • Prepare procurement plan and processes procurement of goods and services (PR, CBA, PO, GRN and minute), ensuring adherence to organizational policies for best value, transparency, and accountability.
  • Conduct market surveys bi-annually for regular items, analyze price trends, and report findings.
  • Maintain compliance with logistics/procurement policies.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified vendor list, monitor vendor performance, and foster effective vendor relationships.
  • Provide logistical support for workshops, seminars, trainings, visits, and visitors.
  • Ensure vehicles and motorbikes are well-maintained and serviced timely.
  • Support distribution of program supplies, construction, renovations, and beneficiary documentation.
  • Conduct physical verification of assets annually.
  • Support the Finance and Administrative Officer on the payment of vendors.
