Job Description:

  • Making Long term and Short Term Goals for business development of Company
  • Create and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving the company’s revenue and profit goal.
  • Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
  • Coordinate with sales team for regular promotional activities & market penetration
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by asking for feedback and input from all sales team
  • Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of zone
  • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
  • Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
  • Involve in brand build up as well as sales, events and promotion activities of the company
  • Ensuring & track the proper collection plans of distributors and claim settlements
  • Coordinating between Company and Sales employees regularly
  • Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
  • Keeping balance between corporate life and field life
  • Other as instructed by Reporting Manager.

 

Job Specification:

  • Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in similar field in Liquor Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
