Job Description:
- Making Long term and Short Term Goals for business development of Company
- Create and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving the company’s revenue and profit goal.
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Coordinate with sales team for regular promotional activities & market penetration
- Create a culture of continuous improvement by asking for feedback and input from all sales team
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of zone
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Involve in brand build up as well as sales, events and promotion activities of the company
- Ensuring & track the proper collection plans of distributors and claim settlements
- Coordinating between Company and Sales employees regularly
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
- Keeping balance between corporate life and field life
- Other as instructed by Reporting Manager.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in similar field in Liquor Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
