HR Head (Male)
Kathmandu, Nepal<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.</li> <li>Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies in Nepal.</li> <li>Provide guidance and support to company leadership and department managers on HR-related matters.</li> <li>Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs to foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.</li> <li>Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and employee welfare initiatives.</li> <li>Lead HR initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to facilitate organizational development and change management efforts.</li> <li>Prepare HR reports and analytics to assess key metrics and support data-driven decision-making processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
