Responsibility/Grade: Manager Department/Project/PN: Poshan Workstation: Central Office, Kathmandu Incumbent’s Name: TBD Supervisor/Principal Evaluator: Program Lead POSHAN   Qualifications: <ul> <li> Master’s degree in public health, nutrition, Nursing, Medicine or related field.</li> <li> Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing nutrition programs with I/NGOs and development organizations, with a focus on maternal and child nutrition.</li> <li> Proven experience of working with different tiers of government managing nutrition program.</li> <li> Familiar with Nepal’s Health System and structure, and program/policies related to maternal and child nutrition.</li> <li> Proven track record of program/project management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills.</li> <li> Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, I/NGOs, and community.</li> <li>Experience with social and behavior change and/or behavioral science for health or nutrition is preferred.</li> <li>Experience with nutrition-sensitive and food system approaches preferred.</li> <li>Experience with gender transformative approaches preferred.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure.</li> <li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li> Willing to travel to field frequently</li> <li> Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (written, verbal).</li> </ul>
