Select and management of third party agencies to implement programs.</li> <li>Oversee the implementation of 1-2-1 activities in all channels to ensure programs are executed consistently, correctly and up to company standards. Such includes regular 1-2-1 visits in covered cities and attendance in events.</li> <li>Recruit brand ambassadors based on brand criteria / requirement and conduct brand ambassador trainings in order to ensure a consistent level of quality communication w/ consumers.
