(Primary ( IMS to Dealers) and Secondary ( Dealer to Market ) .</li> <li>Clearly communicate the schemes, activities to the market and ensure proper distribution of goods.</li> <li>Ensure availability and visibility of products in the outlets ( Merchandising).</li> <li>Ensure and maintain proper payment cycle of distributors to company ( IMS Group )and also take account of dealer’s business health .</li> <li>Ensure keeping proper track of proper usage of company schemes.</li> <li>Watch out local and other competitors’ activities in markets and report it.</li> <li>Identify of uncovered area and find out the service gaps and ensure to bridging the gap through distributor hiring.</li> <li>Ensure proper merchandising in the outlets.</li> <li>Daily Sales reporting to the immediate team leader.</li> <li>Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.</li> <li>Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues and report further.</li> </ul>   Job Specification: Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree Running</li> <li>Proven 1 years of sales experience in selling products consumer goods.</li> <li>Sound knowledge of sales strategies.</li> <li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.</li> </ul>
